Before monthly membership services begin, a one-time onboarding fee is required. Onboarding allows the advocate to become familiar with your loved one’s health history, current care needs, facility setting, family priorities, and areas of concern. This initial preparation establishes the foundation for informed, personalized, and effective advocacy.
